The route pauses at Le Due Sorelle, the paired sea stacks off Torre dell'Orso, for a short coastal viewpoint and photograph.

Otranto old town
Spend the longest town stop in Otranto, with time to walk independently through the old town, see the coastal views and pause beside the sea.

Bauxite quarry
A short stop at the former bauxite quarry adds an inland geological landscape to the coastal route, with its distinctive red earth and contrasting water.

Castro Marina
The final stop is Castro Marina, where the road reaches a small harbour beneath the historic town. Time here is suited to a waterfront walk, a gelato or simply looking across the Adriatic before returning to Lecce.
